I'm Mari. I wrote The Guesthouse on Rua das Flores, a mystery novel for women learning English, and I recorded every part of it myself. If you teach English or make English content, your students and followers might enjoy reading it, and I'd like to pay you when they buy it.

The book costs $9.99, so that's about $3 for each reader.

Read it first
Chapter One is free, and so are all eight chapters through Sunday, October 25. I'd like you to read it before you share it, so you know exactly what your students will get.
What your readers get
- A mystery story in eight chapters, about 11,000 words.
- My voice reading every part, 24 recordings and about 73 minutes in all.
- A tap on any word for a short, simple meaning and an example sentence.
- Key vocabulary and about fifty idioms, marked and explained in every chapter.
- After each part, a question that checks understanding, a read-between-the-lines question, and a detective's notebook for guessing what comes next.
- A practice page for every chapter with the key vocabulary, a new short story, and a fill-in-the-blank exercise.
- It works in a phone browser, so there is nothing to download.
How it works
- Sign up as a partner with the button above.
- You get a personal link to share with your students or followers.

The book is free for everyone until Sunday, October 25, so partner sales begin on October 26. I'd rather tell you that now than have you wonder where the sales are during the free week.
